FOCE requires for its Facility Management Services subsidiary a Manager for the management of a tourist apartment complex in Ibiza, where he/she will be responsible for the coordination of all services.
You will be involved in strategic and operational decision making under the supervision of the management and will be responsible for the implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the company´s results.
*Complete management of the services, reporting to the management and complying with commercial and budgetary guidelines.
*Ensuring quality and maintenance levels according to set targets.
*Management of personnel for the effective planning of the work.
*Active search for new opportunities.
*Coordination, supervision and review of the fulfilment of the services contracted by our clients.
*Reporting and contract management.
*Monitoring and analysis of costs and results to ensure profitability.
*Control and organisation of maintenance contracts for clients´ installations.
*Monitoring of contracts and agreements with service providers, including security, maintenance, cleaning, electrical, technology, etc.
*Monitoring and analysis of process indicators; detection and analysis of risks and opportunities.
*Ensuring that the facilities comply with current regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
*Training in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or similar.
*Fluent level of English and a second language between French, German, Italian, etc.
*Experience in the integral and operative management of tourist facilities.
*Dynamic person, very oriented to customer service and attention to detail.
*Minimum demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in General Services maintenance.
*Experience in subcontracting coordination.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to manage teams
