Aurelio has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure management sector in Latin America and Spain. He has been Senior Manager of important international construction companies such as FCC Construcción América, and Production Director for Latin America at IBT GROUP. He is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with an MBA training from the EOI Business School in Financial Management, Corporate Finance and Project Finance.

Daniel is an international legal and commercial consultant, with special dedication to legal and strategic advice in areas such as tendering, financing and operation of transport infrastructures and facilities, risk management, design and monitoring of complex contractual structures and opening of new markets. He has integrated teams in jurisdictions in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, and in multinationals such as FCC, Cintra (Ferrovial), Honeywell and Investigación y Control de Calidad, S.A. (INCOSA). Daniel graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, he has a Master´s Degree in Business Legal Advice (MAJ) with business and tax modules and an Advanced Program in Construction Law from the IE Business School.

Has more than 20 years of international experience in project management, marketingand sales working for large multinationals such as Pfizer, Allen & Overy and Carphone Warehouse as well as for medium-sized companies and startups in countries such as England, Malaysia, Vienna, Ecuador and Morocco.  Alejandra holds a degree in Marketing and International Relations from UCLA and a Master´s degree in Digital Marketing from ESDEN.

Guadalupe has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative tasks. She has developed her professional career in different fields, and in recent years she has specialized as an Executive Assistant to senior managers. She focuses on the management and administration of technological and analogue information systems, file management, flight arrangements, negotiation with suppliers and organisation and planning of the team´s daily agenda.

Real estate expert with more than 30 years of experience. Specialized in real estate business processes and systems, corporate telecommunications, business administration, international trade, and management of historical assets in different countries.
Long international experience in the localization of projects in different parts of the world, especially Latin America. Jesus is a Technical Engineer in Computer Management, a real estate legal expert and financial consultant. He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English fluently.

José Antonio has a degree in Tourism from the Balearic Islands School of Tourism (UIB). He has been Deputy Director of Grupo Intercorp Hotel, company manager in the world of electricity and for more than twelve years attached to the Management at Apartamentos Es Pueto on the island of Ibiza, a region where he has developed as an expert in the area of Facility Management .

Benito has over 38 years of experience in the hotel industry. He has worked as head of reception, ensuring the hospitality of customers and keeping up to date with the management of this area. He stands out for his great work in customer service, coordination, organization and management of all maintenance services. He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and German.

Angela has over 30 years of experience in sales and recruitment. Her first 10 year she worked as a recruitment manager for ADECCO, an international recruitment company based in the UK. In 2003 she moved to Ibiza (Spain) and since then has been worked in the hospitality industry as sales coordinator for Es Pueto Resort.

 
She holds a degree in Sociology/Social Science by the Open University and is completely fluent in Spanish and English.

Francisca has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. She has worked as administrative, coordinator and secretary for 4 and 5 star hotels performing administrative, commercial, marketing and events tasks. She stands out for her great work in coordination, organization and management of suppliers and resources. She has a degree in Tourism from the School of Tourism of Murcia and is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and French.

Armando has performed multiple jobs for the public and private sector at the regional, national and international spheres such as: studies of demand, impact and cost-benefit and environmental analysis of all types of infrastructure. Currently, he is Technical Director of the Association "Madrid world capital of construction, engineering and architecture", of which FOCE is a member. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

David has an extensive experience in business development in Africa. He was the president of the Uganda Commercial Promotion Unit, Professor of Economics at the University of Pretoria, and Secretary-General of the National Resistance Movement Organization. During his career in South Africa, he created the Uganda-South Africa Business Council in Pretoria, where he was president and acted as a vector for the exchange of trade relations between both countries. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Fernando is a Brazilian-Venezuelan professional with more than 25 years of experience in America in Business Development and Executive Management. He has extensive experience as an Executive and Advisor in the Agribusiness, Food and Beverage, Infrastructure and Services Sectors. He currently advises several Investment Funds in the Infrastructure space. He has an MBA in General Management and Corporate Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has done advanced studies at the Business Institute (IE, Spain) and Fudan University (Shanghai, China), He also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Simón Bolívar University (Caracas, Venezuela). Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Groum has more than 20 years of experience in international engineering and infrastructure companies. Currently, he is an infrastructure project consultant in Ethiopia. Previously, he worked as a civil engineer at Anteneh Getachew Construction Company, an Ethiopian company specialized in the study, design and construction supervision of energy and water projects. Groum was a member of the United Bank board of directors in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 2012 to 2015. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Guillermo is a Peruvian lawyer and diplomat with more than 45 years of international experience, representing public, business and social interests at different levels. He worked in different ministries and administrations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Integration of Peru. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Homero has more than 40 years ofinternational experience in project and business development and implementation in the energy sector worldwide. He is an expert in Project Development and Management, as well as in Electrical Engineering Design. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Javier began his career in the ACS Group, then he was responsible for marketing at Publimedia Sistemas Publicitarios, a subsidiary of ACS Group. From there, Javier joined Ernst & Young, where he acted as business development director. Currently, he is a founding partner of Aphineon Partners, a service company dedicated to international outsourcing. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

José Ramón has more than 30 years of experience in managing time-shared tourist centers and holiday resorts, where he has been one of the pioneers in the creation of these kind of packages. Currently, he serves as a resort director in a tourist center / holiday club in the Balearic Islands with 1,500 members. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Luis is a specialist in international financing, business development and public policies. He has more than 18 years of experience in the international arena in Argentina, Italy, Belgium and Spain. He was director of the Government of the province of Buenos Aires and coordinator of international cooperation of the main Argentine think tank, CIPPEC. He has extensive experience collaborating in Brussels in the financial, energy and telecommunications areas. Luis has an MBA from the Bologna Business School, a Master in International Relations from the University of Bologna and a Bachelor of International Trade from the National University of Luján.

María Inés has more than 20 years of experience in financial advising and consulting. She is a specialist in the development of financial models for companies’ valuation, project feasibility, business plan, due diligence and financial projections. Currently, she is Funding Manager at HGBeyond Material Science SL. Previously, she was an Associate Consultant at Theorema Asesores, a company specialized in financial advisory services. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

Ricardo has an extensive international experience in project management for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure. He has worked in different countries such as Spain, Mexico, Indonesia, United States, Thailand, Dominican Republic and United Arab Emirates. He has been the Project Manager for TYPSA in India. Member of the FOCE Expert Group.

She was Advisor to the Office of the President, Advisor to the Senate President in the National Congress, Advisor In the National Council of Planification and Minister of the Secretary of the Presidency. She also has acted as consultant to the World Bank in environmental and renewable energy project.
