His career is linked to the Ministry of Economy as Economic and Commercial Advisor of Spain in China, Head of the Foreign Trade Cabinet and Head of Foreign Direct Investments. Currently, Antonio is president of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club (CEIE), as well as vice president of the European Federation of Trading Houses Associations (CITHA). He is a member of the Strategic Council of ICEX.

Dalia holds a master’s degree in consulting from HEC, Paris; a postgraduate degree in integrated marketing communications; and is a certified management consultant of the Institute of Management Consultancy in the United Kingdom.

 
She has over 25 years of experience in private sector advisory and strategic consulting to multinational and international organizations in areas like marketing and communication strategies, branding, and product launches. She is recognized for her strong private-public partnership-building abilities, having successfully executed impactful marketing campaigns for several organizations.

Graduate of the Special Military School of Saint-Cyr, François is a former intelligence officer. During his career in intelligence, he focused on conventional counter-proliferation and then concentrated on North and South America. He is now an expert in conflict, whether international, commercial, or cyber, and in the fight against piracy and counterfeiting.

 
François has been a partner at Avisa Partners since 2018. He currently manages the firm’s business diplomacy and international relations sections. He has extensive networks in Latin America, Africa, and the Balkans, areas in which he has worked for over fifteen years.

With a distinguished career history spanning the corporate and commercial banking sectors, Rene has a proven track record of successfully building profitable and sustainable businesses and developing relationships in commercial, social and political environments. He currently leads the design and implementation of the African Export-Import Bank’s (Afreximbank) client-focused business strategies. Rene is a Cameroonian national and holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham Business School in the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom.

Holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Brazil. He has two master’s degrees, one in Business Administration from Columbia University and another in Management from Cândido Mendes RJ University in Brazil.

 
He is currently a Partner and CEO at PMTG - Consulting Company specializing in Business Management Technology. He has over 30 years of experience working in the Brazilian and international markets and has been providing services to business groups and consortium projects since 1988, mainly in the heavy construction, energy, and oil & gas sectors.
