Jesús has over 25 years of in-depth experience in the infrastructure and energy sector, most of which was acquired in Latam, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to the succeeding internationalization of large corporations, major infrastructure lead developers, and mid-cap companies in emerging markets with strong skills in strategic management, competitive intelligence, and structured & export finance.

Member of the board at the Exporters and Foreign Investors Club, the leading export and foreign trade Spanish business association, and the Sub-Saharan AfricaExperts Group at the Elcano Royal Institute, as an independent expert. Also currently holds a chair, as a private sector representative, in the Africa Bureau at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the implementation of the III Africa Plan. He has a Dual Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Valencia; a Master´s in European Studies and International Relations from the University of Salamanca and the Institut d´Études Politiques de Grenoble; and an Executive International MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.

Victor has more than 25 years of experience in Roads, Ports, Dams, Metro and Railway design and construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Management Development Programe from the IESE Business School. Having developed a very successful career in two of the major players in the Spanish Construction Industry, and the biggest in Central America, Victor currently works in International Markets, making progress in negotiations with Private and Public clients. Previously he was Corporate General Manager of Constructora Meco and President and CEO of FCC Central America, both in Panama.

Aurelio has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on international trade and he is responsible for the contracting area in international trading operations. He is responsible for the relations with the Trustee, First National Trustee Company Ltd (FNTC), regarding the Anglo-Saxon corporate structure of tourist resorts for their standardization, inventory control and new affiliations, as well as Resort Condominiums International (RCI), Interval International (I.I.) and Dial An Exchange (DAE), the three largest tourist exchange companies worldwide in terms of establishing marketing policies.

Bernard has a long and consistent experience of 35 years in various areas such as public affairs, strategic marketing, advertising, market research, public opinion, corporate image and new business development. He has created and participated in strategic marketing, advertising and communication projects for more than 200 companies, institutions, products and services in the United States and Venezuela. He was an external consultant of the International Labour Organization (ILO) for Latin America and the Office of Employers Activities (Lima). As part of his political activities, from 1989 to 1994 he served as representative of the National Congress of the Republic of Venezuela.
