Meeting with Juan Ignacio Sell Sanz, Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria
On September 29th, Jesús Jimenez, CEO of FOCE and coordinator of the Africa working group of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club moderated the meeting with the Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria organized by the Club together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs @MAECgob, in a new edition of the program ´Meetings with Ambassadors´.
From the hand of Ambassador Juan Ignacio Sell, this interesting meeting allowed to know in detail the situation and opportunities for #Spanish companies in #Nigeria
It should be noted that Nigeria is the most populated country in Africa and has a large developing market, where some mega-projects are being carried out that may be of great interest to Spanish companies, in sectors such as agriculture and agro-technologies, renewable energies and digital economy and innovation.
Ambassador Sell answered the questions and concerns of several of the attendees, which served to clarify and expand aspects of great interest on business opportunities in Nigeria.
To close this meeting, Ana de Vicente Lancho, Deputy Director General of Mediterranean Countries, Africa and Middle East of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism #MINCOTUR, and Luis Mateos Paramios, Deputy Director General of Bilateral Economic Relations and Economic Diplomacy of the @MAECgob Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, intervened.
